Vehicle Air Conditioning Repairs
There are many common reasons why your vehicle air conditioning may not be working including:
Electrical Fault such as faulty electronic controllers or computers that regulate the air conditioning system or broken wires in the system.
Leaking Refrigerant caused by corrosion of alloy parts is a very common problem this is then followed by ‘O’ ring and pump seals leaking. This can be avoided with a regular servicing of the vehicle's air conditioning system.
Unpleasant Smells from the vehicle's air conditioning system is commonly a result of a build up of contaminants on the evaporator coil. Air Conditioning cabin filters can become blocked and develop odours or if your vehicle has no cabin filter the evaporator coils can be cleaned.

We will check the belts and hoses for damage and leaks, and check the condition of the receiver drier which filters the refrigerant system. Getting your vehicle's air conditioning system checked regularly is vital to the operation and effectiveness of the air conditioning system. It is recommended to get the air conditioning system checked every 1 to 2 years.

Vehicle air conditioning system health - air conditioning systems are sensitive to contaminants and corrosion, left unchecked these can wear away vital parts, hoses and belts that are essential to the system operating. We will check these parts and identify the health of the air conditioning system, recommending any replacements to avoid costly repairs.
Pollen Filter - If you haven't changed the pollen filter we can do this as part of the vehicle air conditioning service. This is recommended every 1 to 2 years.
